Delivery

Delivery timescales vary depending on the type of award stock and processes.

For Bespoke Awards delivery is usually 4-6 weeks from confirmation of order, however, this is only a guide as production process vary for each individual order. We will give you a firm delivery date prior to confirmation of your order.

For Classic Awards, our usual delivery time is 1 week from confirmation of order. However, if your order is more urgent, please contact us in order to discuss express delivery.

Delivery charges are calculated by weight and distance. We will give you a firm price for delivery prior to confirmation of your order.

If your delivery has not arrived when specified please notify us immediately in order for us to track your order.

Creative Awards Ltd. makes no guarantee regarding arrival times via standard delivery.

The customer shall be responsible for inspecting their goods on delivery and must inform Creative Awards Ltd. of any defect or shortage in the order within 3 days of receipt.

Deliveries to Ireland, Scotland and overseas are by quotation.

Once dispatched and proof of dispatch has been confirmed we cannot be liable for any consequential loss.
