There is no initial charge for artwork preparation. There is a maximum of three proofs within the free origination (apart from spelling/grammatical errors), thereafter a £25 charge per artwork proof will be added to the cost of your job.

However, we do require that you supply logos in the following formats:

For glass and laser engraving, all Photoshop formats (pdf, jpeg, tiff & eps), with a minimum resolution of 500dpi.

For text only, Word documents formatted for PC, where applicable, are acceptable.

For screen printing, an outline (flat colour) Photoshop eps is the required format.

Artwork for screenprinting must be submitted 10 working days before your deadline. Please bear in mind a variation in hues of three different blues will be considered as a three colour print. The more colours in a screenprint the more costly the job will be.

We cannot accept logos taken from the internet as they are too low resolution for us to use.

Unfortunately, we cannot work from Mac specific formats.

Please bear in mind, the limitations of the glass engraving process prevent the use of photographic or graduated tones therefore all images must be duo tone.
